Sales or service provider taxes and fees are not included in the advertised cash price or total price. The advertised transaction is a rental-purchase agreement. As used in our rent-to-own agreement, “Consumer”, "You", "Your", or "Renter” refers to the persons signing a Rent to Own Agreement as Renters "WE", "US", or "OUR" refers to MAINELY RENT TO OWN INC. You may acquire ownership of the item(s) rented at any time prior to the last payment date by paying to us an amount equal to one half (1/2) the total amount of remaining payments. Until such time as the ownership option is exercised by you, either by making the total number of payments due or by exercising the early ownership option, title to and ownership of the rented item(s) remains in us. You will not own the merchandise until the total amount necessary to acquire ownership is paid in full or you exercise your early purchase option. Total amount paid is dependent on the amount of time consumer takes to pay the item off. Pricing by make and model may vary. Cash price is based on allowable pricing by the Maine Consumer Credit Code. See store manager for additional details! Down payment will be required at the time agreement is signed. Down payment will be based on customers pay schedule and any applicable fees.

** “Same As Cash” Select new rent-to-own agreements qualify for a same as cash period. Same as cash terms vary based on product pricing and availability. See store Manager for details. During the same as cash period all base payments not including any applicable taxes and fees will be applied to the cash price of your rent-to-own agreement.
